Project - Because it's still film
Technique discovered and refined over the course of the project. Experimentation and manipulation of the process. Arose because of the importance of consolidating the past in the minds of those institutions. Used as a tool of entry into that world.

Idea emerged
Project - from the telephone.
The ability to produce was simple. And the equipment cheap. Changed phones and thus the "lens." Knowledge of impending change was important.
Ethic of new type of "published" photography. Stolen images came in two forms. The first came from a 1960s hunting and fishing manual. The second were stolen from me.
In the beginning the desire was to distort the photographs and timeline of my project. Memory and the photographs have to be connected, prevention of a lost memory.
A change from slight color altering and photo manipulation to unaltered photograph publishing was made.
Limited.

K. Meghan McArthur and Rober L. Behnken involved in a NASA mission costing excess of 450 million dollars. A mission with the objective of creating the first 'Space Baby'. A public reations mission, intended to boost the public's perception of the US government and George W Bush, whom was losing the nations support due to the war. Failing to conceive a child, the mission was buried by the administration, details are now being released to the public.
